Is it really a one-off payment?
Yes. There is no subscription, no membership and nothing stored on file. You pay once for one report on one vehicle.
What happens if I pick nearly everything?
The build-your-own total is capped at the Full Report price. The moment your selection reaches it we charge the Full price and include every remaining check for nothing.
How long do I keep access?
Your report link is permanent. Download the PDF the moment it's generated and keep a copy — we also email it to you.
What if the registration isn't found?
You aren't charged. The free preview runs first, so nothing is taken until we have confirmed the vehicle exists on the DVLA record.
Do I need an account?
No. Checkout works as a guest and the report link is emailed to you. Creating an account afterwards simply collects all your reports in one place.
Can I add a check after I've paid?
Yes — run a second build on the same registration for just the checks you skipped. You only ever pay for what you haven't already bought.
