Every result we show comes from a third-party register accessed through a licensed data aggregator — the DVLA and DVSA for registration, MOT and tax records, Experian and MIAFTR for finance, write-off and salvage records, the Police National Computer for theft markers, and SMMT for specification and recall data. We pass that data through unchanged: we do not create, verify, correct or withhold any record.
A report describes what those registers held at the moment you searched. It is not a statement about a vehicle's mechanical condition, roadworthiness or value, and it is not a substitute for a physical inspection. We give no warranty that every record is complete, current or error-free, and we do not offer a data guarantee or indemnity. Where a source cannot be reached, the report says so rather than showing a gap as a clear result. Full detail is in our data sources and terms of service.
